1. Which new projects get funded
2. How rewards get split among completed projects

Vote 1: Project Proposals

10 proposals passed Senate Review. Only the top projects get approved and funded, so your vote decides who makes the cut.

Vote 2: Retroactive Rewards

7 projects completed their work last quarter, competing for 6,588,000 MOONEY + $5,629 USDC in retroactive rewards. You decide the split, based on their proof of work and impact.
