Governance: Q2 Project Voting and Retroactive Rewards

Q2 voting is officially live for all MoonDAO members and vMOONEY holders. There are two distinct actions required on the governance portal:

1. Project Proposal Voting: We have 10 proposals that have passed Senate review. These projects are competing for voter approval and funding for Q2. We'll take the top projects up to the designated cut off, so your vote here has real implications for the direction of MoonDAO.
2. Retroactive Distributions: Vote on the reward distribution for completed projects, including Accelerate MoonDAO Growth and the Executive Branch Q4 2025 - Q2 2026 term.
