MoonDAO Events

On September 4th at 3 p.m. ET: we've got a special MoonDAO Town Hall with Loretta Whitesides. Loretta is a Founder Astronaut at Virgin Galactic, creator of SpaceKind, and author of “The New Right Stuff.” We will talk practical tools for leading in the space era and how the space sector can bring out the best in people.

The next SpaceKind training cohort kicks off on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 5pm Pacific for 8 weeks.

In the weeks ahead, we've got a special in-person meetup in Brazil with TWO people that have been to space, including our second astronaut, Dr. Eiman Jahangir. We're excited to see the RSVPs starting to roll in from the local space community in Rio for this exciting, international space meetup.

And we've got Chris Sembroski of the Inspiration4 mission scheduled to join us on September 18th.

RSVP and join us for one of these upcoming talks!

Eiman Livestream & Documentary Trailer

In case you missed it, last week we had a very special virtual talk with Eiman to celebrate the one-year anniversary of his flight to space, an event made possible by the entire MoonDAO community.

Eiman has been an incredible representative of MoonDAO and our mission, and we're proud to call him our second astronaut. During the chat, we recapped how he learned he was going to space with MoonDAO, what the flight itself was like, and how his life has changed since then.

Eiman has taken some big steps, including serving as one of Blue Origin's Crewmember 7 that trains future flyers, and doing outreach to numerous local public schools in Nashville to encourage students of all ages to reach for their dreams and persist.

That outreach effort is the subject of a new documentary short that will be premiering in Nashville, TN on September 20th, and he'll also be unveiling the display of his flight suit at the Adventure Science Center museum.

During our live event last week, we got a special sneak peek at the trailer for this inspiring documentary. Be sure to give it a watch!
